Houston Candidate Town Hall
The Mat-Su Sentinel is proud to present a City Council Candidate Town Hall for Houston residents on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 6 p.m. at Houston City Hall. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and light refreshments will be provided.
This free, nonpartisan event is your chance to hear directly from city council candidates ahead of early voting in September and Election Day on Oct. 7. Candidates will answer questions submitted by local voters on topics that matter most to the community, from city services to growth and development.
The forum will be moderated by Mat-Su Sentinel editor and reporter Amy Bushatz and is designed to give voters an open, informative view on individuals running for local office.
Come prepared to learn and ask questions!
