The Elks Alaska State Convention was held early this month at the Homer Elks Lodge.

The Palmer Elks Lodge #1842 was honored to receive Executive Proclamations by the Governor for their continued contributions to our Junior Citizens.

Elks National Youth Week is May 1st-7th.

“We are incredibly honored and grateful to have received this award at the Alaska State Elks Convention,” current Palmer Elks Exalted Ruler Ken Baker said.

“This recognition reflects the dedication, hard work, and heart of our entire Lodge family and the amazing community we serve.

“From supporting our youth programs and veterans to giving back through countless local projects, every member plays a part in making a difference.

"A huge thank you to everyone who volunteers their time, donates, participates in our events, and continues to support the mission of the Elks.

"This award belongs to all of us! We are proud to represent our community and look forward to continuing our efforts to promote charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity.”
